Fylfot Group of Institutes operates as a network of educational centres across India, each offering courses, admission consulting, and faculty expertise. The group’s strength lies in its local presence and course variety, but that diversity also made coordination difficult. Each centre had its own information, and prospective students faced friction when trying to understand what was available across the group.
The challenge
Prospective students don’t want to ring five phone numbers to find out whether Fylfot offers a course they’re interested in. The group had course information scattered across email inboxes, spreadsheets, and old websites. Faculty profiles weren’t consistent—some centres showcased staff expertise, others didn’t list anyone. News and updates from the group were sporadic. The result: Fylfot looked disorganised, even though it wasn’t.
What we built
We designed a single course catalogue that lets students search and filter across the entire Fylfot Group. Each course lists: content outline, duration, fees, intake dates, and the centre offering it. Faculty profiles are standardised and searchable, so students can research instructors before enrolling. An admissions enquiry form feeds directly to the appropriate centre, removing the guesswork about who to contact.
The site also gives each Fylfot centre a branded landing page within the group presence—local identity without fragmentation. A centre in one city can highlight local achievements and team while remaining part of the broader Fylfot identity.
Why it works
Centralising course information creates a single source of truth. When Fylfot adds a new programme or updates fees, that change is live everywhere at once. Students get a faster, more trustworthy experience. The group’s diversity—multiple courses, multiple centres—becomes a strength rather than a navigation headache. For enquiry management and student support, the structured admissions process saves operational time and reduces duplicated enquiries.
Centralised content also helps the group’s pages rank for the courses and locations students actually search for, turning scattered, hard-to-find listings into a discoverable catalogue. The website positions Fylfot as a cohesive educational provider, not a collection of isolated centres — and gives each centre the reach of the whole group behind it. Prospective students get one trustworthy place to compare programmes, and the group gets a presence that grows with every course it adds.
